Russell Rowe has over twenty-five years of business continuity, disaster recovery, and security experience in companies ranging in size from venture capital startups to a Fortune 300 company with $12 billion in revenue.   He has held the titles of Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Security Officer.  In these positions he was responsible for development and implementation of business continuity management programs in organizations with up to sixty national and international locations and 8000 employees.

He holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.  He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)   He is also an accredited Project Management Professional (PMP), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), and a Visa Qualified Data Security Consultant (QDSC).

Kenneth Rowe is Vice President of Chief Security Officers, LLC (CSO).   Mr. Rowe has over 25 years of auditing, governance, and security experience in companies ranging in size from venture capital startups to Fortune 500 companies.  He has held the titles of Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer and Chief Security Officer.  CSO has performed projects for Boeing, Intel, Wells Fargo, U.S. House of Representatives, Crescent Real Estate Equities, GameStop, Mercedes Benz, Wachovia, and many others.  Mr. Rowe holds a B.S. degree in Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Phoenix.  He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).  Mr. Rowe is also an accredited Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).

Jim Mulligan has over twenty years of experience in organizational management, business performance management, systems analysis and design, computer information systems, financial management, business operations, and accounting. Jim began his career with a “Big 4” public accounting firm and held subsequent executive positions in the financial services industry prior to founding Makewise. Jim has provided consulting services to public and private companies in a wide variety of industries and ranging in size from small development-stage companies to companies with in excess of $100 million in equity.

Jim has earned the Certified Information Systems Auditor certification and is a member of the Arizona Technology Council, the Society for Information Management, The Information Systems Audit and Control Association, the IEEE, the IEE Computer Society, Arizona Business Leadership, the Arizona Cyber Security Alliance and the Arizona State University Department of Information Systems Professional Advisory Board.
